Booth Management

1. Booth Allocation & Mapping

  • Assigns voters to specific polling booths based on their location.

  • Ensures voters aren’t wrongly assigned or made to travel too far.

2. Booth-Level Officers (BLOs)

  • Responsible for maintaining voter rolls at the booth level.

  • Conduct door-to-door verification and assist in corrections.

3. Booth Infrastructure

  • Setup includes EVMs/VVPATs (Electronic Voting Machines), seating, security, signage.

  • Must be accessible for elderly/disabled voters.

4. Staff & Security Deployment

  • Polling officials, supervisors, and security personnel are mapped to booths.

  • Includes training and logistics (transport, food, etc.).

5. Booth-Wise Performance Reports

  • Used by political parties to analyze past turnout and voting patterns.

  • Helps strategize campaign efforts booth by booth.
